Brrrrrrr

Texas has much milder weather than our northern states, but 25 degrees is still cold. Now, to make us all feel better, Chicago was really cold this morning. I was talking to my sister at about 630am this morning as we were both driving in to the office, and it was -12 there. Too darn cold for me. She said that even if it was only 50 degrees and sunny when she comes to Dallas next weekend, she was going to sit outside in the sun. Love Texas!
At least the weather will be warming up tomorrow in time for the AEHOG Chili Contest. Daryl, Michael and I, AKA for this contest as the Three Papas, will be braving the early morning cold to have some fun with Daryl’s perfected recipe. If you love tasting chili, why not stop by the dealership on Saturday. Tasting all of the entries costs only $1.00, and starts at 12:00 noon.

Brass Monkey 2008

Thursday, January 1st, 2009

One thing you have to love about Texas is the weather. We had a beautiful day for this year’s Brass Monkey Ride on New Year’s Day. We had over 80 bikes that participated this year, and the temperature for the ride home at 2:00pm was 70 degrees! What a nice way to start the New Year with our AEHOG family. I have posted just a few pictures in my photo gallery, and if you want to see more, go to www.aehog.com and click on the photo gallery in a few days.

Happy New Year to all of our friends and family, and we wish each and every one of you a great 2009. Extra wishes go out to our riding group. Tracey, Carla, Ray, Darlene, Michael, Loyce, Judy, and Daryl…we enjoy your friendship, and we look forward to some great rides in 2009.
